my warm buddy

My Warm Buddy was a great holiday gift to receive and I couldn’t wait to tell you all about it because as a Crash Survivor Blogger, I have made it my mission to share everything with fellow crash survivors that may be beneficial to our recoveries.  As I begin to write this, my Warm Buddy is currently lying on my shoulders penetrating heat and a wonderful aroma. Let me start by telling you how pleasantly surprised I was when I was handed a gift bag which contained a blue box entitled “Warm Buddy”. The smell of lavender almost knocked me over as soon as I opened it. Inside was a warm & cozy spa wrap otherwise known as an “Ultra Shoulder Wrap” that I would later find out is infused with a signature anti-stress aromatherapy blend of lavender, peppermint, eucalyptus, rosemary and cloves.

It is So Soft and Feels Like a Bean Bag

As a crash survivor left to face chronic pain especially in sudden changes of weather, I immediately stood up and walked to the kitchen to heat my Warm Buddy in the microwave. Within two minutes I was embracing an even more intense smell of delightful aromas and instantly felt relief as I put it on my aching shoulders that had been bothering me for days. It only took a total of 2 minutes to gain instant relief and relaxation.  Talk about Heaven!  After doing some research, I found out that this heavenly super soft wrap that weighs only 3.8 pounds has an effective combination of moist heat, aromatherapy and acupressure to provide relief from aches, pain and stress.  I Hit The Jackpot!

My Warm Buddy was a great holiday gift. Also, in that spectacular box was an aromatherapy eye pillow which contains flax seeds and a signature blend of pure lavender flowers, peppermint, chamomile and rose geranium. Another delightful piece of heaven that I will now use when my eyes get tired or I feel stressed and just want to simply relax and enjoy some quiet time. It is recommended that you only heat it for 30 seconds.  How convenient! Lastly in this gift box, I found a bottle of aromatherapy spa mist which is a soothing combination of pure essential oils and as I got ready for bed, I sprayed a bit on my pillow cases, tucked myself under my Weighted Blanket and created my own oasis in hopes of a calming sleep.

Such A Thoughtful Gift

My Warm Buddy was a great holiday gift to receive and I was wondering how on earth I had never heard of these wonderful products years ago but then it occurred to me. I have honestly only felt this luxurious soft product once before and that is when I started to attend Massage Cupping where I am always offered a hot neck wrap before and after treatment.  I never even thought to ask if they were available to purchase but a close family member noticed and I am beyond grateful to receive such a thoughtful holiday gift.  My Warm Buddy will never be too far away from my reach especially when I experience chronic pain, sleeping issues and when I travel because it is not only easy to carry but it also super easy to wash and I absolutely love it!

Warm Buddy has many other products to choose from including ultra spa robes, body wraps and adorable warm up plush animals.  I will definitely be adding some more Warm Buddy products to my wish list in the future.  Established in 1995, Warm Buddy is located in North Vancouver, British Columbia and ships to both Canada and the U.S.  Please feel free to visit their website at: www.warmbuddy.com.
